• Played collegiate baseball at Mississippi State University

• Named to 2002 Freshman All-America Team

• Selected by Milwaukee Brewers in 2003 and 2004 Major League Baseball Draft

• Specializing in sport specific training for athletes, weight management, flexibility, injury prevention and nutrition

OBJECTIVES

1. Provide expertise in the area of speed, agility and strength training to improve performance for every athlete.

2. Individualize integrated training programs to keep athletes performing at the highest level.

3. Teach the proper technique for strength training and speed development  

WHY SHOULD YOU WANT TO TRAIN WITH ME?

Over my career I have worked with several strength and conditioning coaches at the collegiate and professional level who all had different styles and philosophies on sport specific training. After receiving my degree in Kinesiology, experiencing a number of injuries, and completing  many hours of physical therapy and strength and speed training I have developed my theory on how to train using correct technique, adequate rest periods, achieving maximum results while keeping it fun and enjoyable for athlete.
