Introductory Hitting WorkshopsWorkshops are designed to be a personal learning experience for the hitter. Each workshop consists of 3 separate sessions of approximately 2 hours each. Sessions involve before, during, and after videos of each hitter, mechanical adjustments and drills, evaluations of great hitters on video, instructions in the Dodger heel-toe method of bunting, and instructions in a specific mental, emotional and mechanical approach to hitting. Motivation and confidence are continually reinforced. This unique and positive system provides the total package necessary to succeed. More importantly, it provides a firm and clear system to sustain success when growth comes, levels of competition change, and pressure increases. Without a firm system of understanding positions, directions, and movements that produce a consistent and efficient swing, the hitter cannot learn to make the adjustments needed to survive change. The last session of each workshop is a must for parents. Progress will be shown, the system will be explained, and the family will leave on the same page. There will be no doubt what needs to be done to improve. After all .... the video tells the story! Cost: $185 per player (includes free Batters Box T-Shirt)
